My husband is looking at filing for personal bankruptcy.
If my husband was to claim bankruptcy how would this affect out childrens RESP?

I owe money to 6 different money marts. I know it was a bad idea, but once I got one the rest just began to spiral. Now I am wondering if you can claim bankruptcy you can claim on a cash loan stores like money mart?
