I own a condo in Arizona with my brother.
I understand that in a bankruptcy I would loose my share, but would this happen if I file a proposal instead?

I’m confused.
I have to file either a bankruptcy or a proposal, but I can seem to be able to figure out what will happen to my RRSP`s.
I have tried to do my research and have run into what I think is contradictory information.

If I have been out of school for seven years but still have Students Loans and I file a proposal, can I include these creditors in the proposal? Or do they survive?
