Can you include a judgment From another province in a consumer proposal? What if you have debts from another province?

Yes, as long as the debt originated in Canada it makes no difference which province it relates to as teh Bankruptcy and Insolvnecy Act is a Federal Act and applies equally across the country.

So debts from another province will be dealt with very easily.
